Health Dynamics Program Ending November 30, 2022
Health Dynamics is terminating its annual wellness exam program as of December 1, 2022. Health Dynamics exams will be available and covered through November 30, 2022. As always, you can have wellness exams (annual physicals) from your primary care doctor. If you need help finding a primary care doctor in your area, go to www.anthem.com. Or call the Health Fund for assistance.
